The Centre is for ALL carers who look after someone with a long-term illness or disability. Sunderland Carers Centre offers a confidential information, advice and support service to carers throughout the City of Sunderland (including Houghton-le-Spring, Hetton-le-Hole, Easington Lane and Washington). Our services are confidential, non-judgemental and impartial and we are the ``centrepoint`` of support for all unpaid carers in Sunderland.

The Local Offer contains information from providers who want to actively promote that they welcome disabled children and young people into their setting. You may be aware of other providers in your area that are not part of the Local Offer and you still may be able to acess their services as every provider is legally required to make 'reasonable adjustments' to welcome your children. You should contact each provider in order to ensure that they can offer the level of service you and your family need.
